These terms cover your use of this website (the "Site") and the free, usage-limited route-optimizer demo on it. By using the Site or the demo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who we are

This Site is operated by Stock Sense Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14105652, registered office at 28 Spey Glen Drive, Harwell, Didcot, England, OX11 6LX. navsense is a trading name of stocksense. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

The free demo

• The demo runs our real route-optimization engine against a fixed sample day (not your own addresses yet), so you can see genuine, live output — not a mock-up.
• Free use is limited to 3 calculations per email address, and a shared daily cap across all visitors, to keep the demo available and its running costs sane. These limits may change without notice.
• The demo is provided to let you evaluate navsense — it isn't itself a paid service, and using it doesn't create a contract for ongoing use of navsense.
• We may change, suspend, or withdraw the demo at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent the usage limits (e.g. automating repeated submissions).
• Use the Site or demo to submit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Site's underlying systems beyond normal use.
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Site without our written permission.

No warranty on demo accuracy

The demo is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. While it runs our real solver, we make no guarantee that a specific route, time, or figure shown is error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Don't rely on the demo alone for operational decisions — talk to us about a proper setup first.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, and the navsense name and logo belong to Stock Sense Ltd (or its licensors). You may view and use the Site for your own evaluation of navsense; you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute its content or code without our permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't lawfully be limited (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
